Saving, Previewing and Publishing
You can check your changes before you make them live. Find out on this page how to save and preview changes, and then publish them.
Saving Your Changes
Click either the Apply or Save buttons at the top or the bottom of your editing page. When you click Apply, you will remain on the page and can continue editing. When you click Save you will return to the list of web pages.
The Cancel button will cancel any changes since you last saved.
Use Apply to regularly save your changes while you edit.
Previewing Your Pages
Previewing as you go lets you see what the page will look like on the web. This feature allows you to make small formatting changes, such as adding or removing line spacing and you can check what this will look like before you publish.
- Clicking the Preview button at the top of the editor will open the homepage in a new tab. If all the pages on your website are on the navigation bar you will be able to view every page this way. If you have addiitonal pages not on the navigation you can reach these via the text links you will have already created for this purpose.
- If you have created a new page, but you are not ready to put a direct link to it from an existing page, you will need to edit the URL in the address bar to access it. Do this by adding the following to the end of the address: &page=yournewpage (where yournewpage is the name of your page.)

Publishing Your Pages
- Once you have finished previewing and are ready to publish, click Save to go back to your list of pages.
- Click the Publish icon (in the 3rd column) and follow the prompts to make your changes live. You will get two messages asking you to confirm you are ready to publish.
